STILL PHOTOGRAPHY

Our moving UAV (drone) provides still photos at various heights to the highest precision using the advanced imaging system of the 4K, 21mp high resolution camera. The HDR enhances all details from bright lights to shadows to create a sharp image and the Lossless zoom of 1.4x in 4K and 2.8x in full HD (1080p) along with the 180° unique tilt action can capture those hard to reach places.

Our flying opportunities can start on the ground and reach heights of 400 feet and above with CAA approval.

We can provide 360° filming day or night. With time lapse and panoramic video options available, using the 3 axis image stabilisation system, we can ensure a smooth video even at the top speed of 30 mph.

ABOUT US

Daran started his career flying helicopters at the age of 16 and now has over 33 years of aeronautical experience and has achieved a CAA Commercial Helicopter licence and Commercial Drone licence. When Daran is not flying he has a keen interest in the countryside and wildlife and enjoys sporting activities such as cycling, sailing and skiing, all of which capture great still and action imagery.

Marvelling at the sites of our landscape and being inspired by industrial and residential design and development, a thought of environmentally friendly and cost effective aerial camera solutions came to mind.

Skycam Solutions was created. Providing innovative UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) solutions using a ‘Drone’. We are a CAA approved commercial operation, PFCO fully licensed and Insured. Where helicopters were once used to capture aerial static and video imagery, it has become very expensive and not very environmentally acceptable. Combining my current Aviation knowledge and Commercial flying skills I have incorporated this into operating specialist drone equipment. The small drone, controlled remotely from the ground, is very quiet and unobtrusive to the environment but also very cost effective and can provide images from both the ground and the air, even in hard to reach places.

We work with both private and commercial customers. We can create an image or video to suit your needs. It may be to help sell Property or Land, to remember a special occasion, such as a Wedding, to record your Hobby, for Industry Training, Construction Management, Tourism and Corporate advertising or Emergency Response, we can assist you. The latest equipment is used with 4K digital high precision imagery that can be flown in winds to 30 mph and also used at night, it offers time lapse photography, 3D photogrammetry mapping and surveying capabilities. To compliment our Drone Operations, using advanced technology cameras, we can offer 360 Virtual Tours showcasing Vehicles, Aircraft, Residential Properties and Commercial Buildings. This enables our customers to offer Virtual Reality to help promote services.
